Colson is still playing with the Klein Soccer Club and is a Cheetah again! We just adore his team and the families on it. We ended the year with a pool party at Luke's house which was a blast! Colson got his paper plate award for the season...FAMOUS QUOTE AWARD "YOU CAN PUT ME DOWN NOW!" His teammates loved to pick him up when he would score a goal and he always followed with his favorite quote! We are sad that the girls on our team will have to split off and only play with girls next season. It is fun to see Colson improve and really get in there when he is playing! GO CHEETAHS!
In April, we also celebrated Easter! Mrs. Martha and Mr. Kenneth Scales invited the kids to their property for an egg hunt that they do for their neighborhood every year. Martha and Kenneth are probably two of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have known in my life. I am blessed to have known them since birth and am thrilled that my kids know them also. Brooklyn's good friend Samantha went with us to hunt eggs and they adored seeing the baby rabbits!

We have finished up our first year of AWANA at Northwest Bible Church. We were sad to not go back to Timber Lakes, but we knew that the kids needed to join our church's program. Curt volunteered in game time this year. Colson finished his first Spark book and Brooklyn finished her 3rd Spark book! They are growing up so fast and we just adore the fact that they are hiding God's Word in their hearts.
We are officially a Candlelight Hills Cuda Swim team family!!!! The kids are both going to start swim team and see how they enjoy it. I am hoping they love it! Here starts early Saturday mornings and every day practices!
