As mentioned in our March posting, our Easter was very different this year. Unfortunately, Brooklyn got very very ill. She threw up for over 24 hours straight without a break and had horrible potty problems also. Poor thing was so sick that she was just laying on the couch and yucky was coming out of both ends. Her fever was very high and very difficult to break. We decided to take her to the ER, which she had never been to before, because she was so sick. They gave her a strong nausea medication which helped her stop throwing up and was like gold for us! She missed all of the Easter activities and church and time with family. She didn't even want to go see her Easter basket until about 3 on Sunday. Poor baby!

Tara Flannery did our soccer pictures again this year instead of doing them through the normal company! We love that she does it because she gets to capture more of each kid!
Colson got to go to his very first Dynamo Soccer game with his buddy Marshall for his birthday! Colson LOVED every second of it and was thrilled to go down in the tunnel before to meet the players. Such a special experience.
It was a weekend of school carnivals! We had a carnival at Lemm for the kids and their friends on Friday night and my carnival and Snyder Derby on Saturday! The kids had a blast at their carnival. Very simple fun and I was voted by my class to kiss the horse at our carnival! Such a day of fun!!!!!!
End of the year choir concert for Brooklyn was awesome!
The girl scout father/daughter night was different this year. Instead of doing a dance as they usually do, they did a bowling night. It was a 60s theme and so Curt and Brooklyn dressed for the role! They were so cute and had a blast bowling together! I love that Curt is so supportive of Brooklyn and Colson in their activities! Brooklyn is about to finish her 4th year in Girl Scouts! So proud of her!
Brooklyn cut off 9 inches of hair! It looks so cute on her!!!
Colson had a big school project where he had to send his Flat Stanley to a friend or family member and Stanley needed to go on some adventures! Colson's very first choice was Uncle Frank! Uncle Frank was thrilled to help Colson out for his school project and even put together an amazing photo album filled with the places, adventures, and havoc that Stanley got into in Memphis!
Such a busy but fun month!!!!
